Return & Cancellation


We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or delivery of wrong product to you.

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect (Pictures and Video) within 48 Hours of receiving the product.

 Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

The item must be unused, in its original condition.

If the request for return or exchange is accepted by us, You can receive your refund in one of the following ways:

-An original payment

-Store credit

-Product exchange

Please note there may be some unevenness but that's what make woven products unique. colour may slightly vary due to inconsistencies of various monitors settings and Photographic Lighting. No refund/exchange of the item is acceptable on slight variation of color and designs of the product.
