Every Banarasi sari and dupatta is inspected by our dedicated quality team before dispatch. We ship only after thorough checks to ensure you receive authentic, premium-grade products.

Shipping Days  
We process and ship orders every day except Sundays and public holidays. On holidays, courier partners and our office remain closed, so shipments resume the next working day.

Courier Partners  
We partner with trusted logistics providers including DTDC, Blue Dart, DHL, ARAMEX and FedEx to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

Delivery Timeframes  
- Within India: 3-5 business days from date of dispatch  
- International: 5-10 business days from date of dispatch  

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs clearance, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges  
- India: Free shipping on all orders  
- International: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight  

Customs & Duties – International Orders  
For international shipments, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by the destination country and cannot be predicted in advance. Customs may also request documents for clearance. We are not responsible for additional customs charges or delivery delays caused by customs procedures.
